My new curtains!

Just bought myself some curtains for my tavern (living) room. We call it our tavern because we made it look like a old tavern. Just love these curtains. Going to buy some for our bedroom next!

my refridgerator!!

My husband and I have redone our kitchen. Ripped out all the cabinets (cherry) and installed ones made by my hubby. The only thing that still needs to be done in the kitchen is to buy a new fridge. Until then I had my hubby cover the old fridge with wood and paint it. He used "real" tree pieces for the handles. We love it --- for now. What do you think?

I'm 58 years old (end of November), married 34 years and have 2 kids! My son is 20 yrs. old on his 3rd years of college and my 17 year old daughter will be graduating from high school in June of 2010 and then hoping to go to Art School.

I love old stuff. Junk is what I call my stuff. Hoping to get pictures of my home up soon.
